The work to be performed generally consists of pavement rehabilitation and storm drain improvements of various streets within the City of Orinda. The pavement treatment methods include Mill & Overlay, Reconstruction, and Micro Surfacing with base failures. Work to be performed also includes replacing storm drain pipes by open trench or trenchless technology, replacement of asphalt dikes, pavement striping & markings, lowering and raising of utility covers, locating and preserving survey monuments and filing of appropriate record documents with County recorder’s office.
