RFP - Professional Design Service for Annual Pavement Rehabilitation 2025/2026 Project No. 4183/4190

The City of Orinda is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services for the Annual Pavement Rehabilitation 2025/2026 project. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to retain a consultant with demonstrated expertise in pavement design, construction documentation, and ADA compliance to develop a complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the City’s upcoming rehabilitation project.
