General work description: The work to be done generally consists of removing portions of existing sidewalk, removing portions of existing landscaping and irrigation system, replacing landscaping and irrigation system, installing new exterior electrical conduit and wiring and connecting to existing electrical system and installing exterior lighting, and construction of a concrete base/foundation and pedestal/backing for a city monument sign.
